One of the goals of ADMF is to make noise. Not just any noise, but meaningful and impactful noise in the right places, to advance the cause of Africa’s young creatives and their ambitions. We do so by publishing insightful reports, being present in decisive advocacy forums, and also making ACTUAL noise by engaging and encouraging the ADMI music and sound engineering students!
One of the recent ways we’ve found to amplify this noise-making is through the Ambitious Africa network, which we have joined as representatives of Kenya. The network organizes events and colloquia and foments links between education and entrepreneurial entities in Africa and the Nordics.
The network now comprises more than 70 volunteers, across over 20 countries, and events have gathered more than 5,000 participants. What does the future hold for Ambitious Africa? The network is gearing up for more events, funding opportunities, and learning opportunities and exchanges between countries, and we can’t wait to be a part of it.
